# Can't access Umbrel after latest update

Hello, today I updated to the latest version of Umbrel OS. Now, umbrel.local just keeps loading a blank page. My Bitcoin node also is stuck in a loading page.

The hardware has an orange light and blinking green light.

I’m accessing umbrel.local in Safari, as it doesn’t work for me on Chromium-based browsers.

I tried re-booting my laptop, will try that again.

I have logs I was able to get when trying to access Umbrel before re-booting, when it would at least give an error message, but this forum won’t let me upload a .json file for some reason.

Appreciate anyone who can help.

What hardware and software (1.4.2 is most current) are you using?

Most recent software - 1.4.2.

Hardware is the latest Umbrel Home, like the one seen here: [Umbrel Home - Plug and Play Home Server](https://umbrel.com/umbrel-home)

Edit: I just figured out that I **can** access umbrel.local on a mobile device on the same network. So it might have something to do with my laptop or browser - Apple M3 Macbook Air
