# Cannot connect to my umbrel anymore / (ssh disconnection)

Hi community, I am looking 4 help.
raspberry pi 4
1TB SSD
ethernet
I wanted to install an App, but ist was stuck for over a day “installing”…
Then I tried to stop it using “x” button and wanted to restart the raspberry pi in the umbrel system menu. But nothing happened. Even shutdown didn’t work. Somehow frozen…
Then I unplugged the power, wich I probably shouldn’t have done… ☹
Since then I cannot connect to my umbrel anymore.
I can ping the umbrel ip and get a reply.
I can ssh into my umbrel but it is disconnecting again. So I cannot get a debug-report.
I get following message:
ssh umbrel@umbrel.local

Hey @cryptoinge! Sorry that you are facing this issue, could you try to run this command in your Terminal to see if you can get an output?
`ssh -t umbrel@umbrel.local "~/umbrel/scripts/debug"`
