# Bitcoin app not Running : Is the docker daemon running?

Hello

OS 1.1.2  
Rapberry Pi 4 - 4 GB  
SSD 1TO  
Official Rasp 4 power supply

Here are the logs.

I tried so far

- restarting multiple times
- reflashing the SD card
- doing the command below (as explained in the troubleshouting guide)

> sudo systemctl stop docker && sudo rm -rf /var/lib/docker/\* && sudo reboot

**But the Bitcoin app is still not running**

Can someone help me out ? I’ve been triying to synchronize the blockchain for 5 weeks and i would really appreciate to not lose it all ;(.
